1. Who we are

MyNumbers is published at mynumbers.co. The registered company operating the service, its company number and its registered office are not yet published here — those are fields the operator has not filled in yet. Until they are, treat this as a working draft rather than a complete legal document; the privacy notice's "What is still missing" section has the fuller list.

2. What the service is

We compute a numerology chart from a name and a date of birth, and generate a written interpretation of it. The arithmetic is deterministic and reproducible — you can check it yourself against the numbers shown. The interpretation is written by an artificial intelligence system and is a work of interpretation, not a statement of fact.

Numerology is a symbolic tradition. This is provided for reflection and entertainment. Nothing here is advice about health, medicine, mental health, finance, investment, tax, law, immigration, employment, or relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use the service.

4. What you can enter

Your own details, or another person's where you have a lawful reason to. Baby name mode is for a parent or guardian choosing a name for their own child.

5. The reading is currently free

Payment is switched off. The full reading — the same one described as a paid product below — currently generates and unlocks without charge, because no payment provider is connected yet. Nothing on the site currently offers to charge you money. Sections 6 to 8 below describe the products and the cancellation position as they are designed to work once payment is switched on; they do not apply today.

6. The products, once payment is switched on

No price is quoted here because none has been set. When payment is switched on, the price, the currency and whether tax is included will be shown before you pay — never fixed in this document.

7. Subscriptions, once payment is switched on

• The price, billing frequency and next renewal date will be shown before you pay.
• It renews automatically until you cancel. You will be emailed before each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time, in as few steps as it took to subscribe.
• Cancelling stops future payments; the current paid period runs to its end and part-months are not refunded.

8. Delivery and cancellation rights, once payment is switched on

Readings are generated immediately after payment. Because this is digital content supplied instantly, you would lose the statutory 14-day cancellation right once generation begins, and would need to expressly agree to that at checkout before paying — see the refund policy for what is refunded regardless. None of this currently applies, because nothing is currently being sold.

9. Acceptable use

This applies now, free or paid. You may not resell or republish readings commercially; scrape, bulk-query or automate access; attempt to bypass the free-generation limit or the bot check; or use the service to screen, profile, assess or make decisions about another person.

Readings are for personal, non-commercial use.

10. Free use limits

Free readings are rate limited per visitor and per day, site-wide. We may change the limits, require a bot check, or suspend free access where we detect automated abuse. Free access costs us real money to run even though it costs you nothing, which is why these limits exist.

11. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

13. Governing law

English law. Consumers elsewhere in the UK or the EU keep the mandatory protections of their home country and may bring proceedings locally.
